Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive wear.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Products returned without original components.
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
